How price alerts work

• Target price: we tell you when the lowest price in stock reaches your target.
• Any drop: we tell you when the price falls at least 2 % below the price when you set the alert, or when we last told you.
• Back in stock: we tell you when a product you watch can be bought again.
• You can also choose to hear when a new price proof shows that a before price does not meet the rule.

We compare the lowest price in stock across all stores. For stores abroad we use the price including import costs.

We send alerts by email or as push notifications in your browser.

We send an alert as soon as we import the new price. We read product feeds every 6 hours and websites every 2 to 6 hours.

You get at most one alert per product in 24 hours, unless the price falls another 5 %.

We send nothing between 22:00 and 07:00, Norway time. Alerts that wait go out after 07:00. You can change these hours in your settings.

You can watch up to 100 products.

Every alert has a link to stop it, and from there you can stop all alerts at once.

Alerts are service messages. We never put advertising in them.
