Mervo

Compares prices, keeps price history and checks advertised reductions against the rule in each country.

Omdio

Collects reviews from verified buyers and decides which stores have its badge.

Testverkstan

Tests products and publishes its measurements and scores.

• From Omdio to Mervo: ratings and reviews of a store, for showing on the store's page. Mervo keeps no copy.
• From Mervo to Omdio: when a store asks us to, the order and the buyer's email address, so Omdio can send the review invitation. Mervo does not store the email address.
• From Testverkstan to Mervo: test results and the product they belong to.
• From Mervo to Testverkstan: current prices, shown in a price widget on its test pages.

What stores pay Mervo never reaches Omdio or Testverkstan, and the parts of Mervo that show reviews and tests cannot read it.

• Mervo has no influence over which products Testverkstan tests or what its results say. Testverkstan decides both from its own data.
• No retailer can pay for a test or a result. Payments to Mervo (commissions, price per click, labelled placements) cannot reach the systems that select or show tests: this is enforced in our database, not only promised.
• A test never affects the order of prices or products on Mervo, and a sponsored placement never carries a test result.
• Wherever a Testverkstan result is shown on Mervo, the common ownership is stated right next to it. Testverkstan states it next to Mervo's price widget in the same way.
• Administrative actions that touch both sites are logged, so there is a record if anyone asks.

• Store pages on Mervo show reviews from Omdio. Omdio collects reviews only from verified purchases, and Mervo has no influence over what reviewers write or what Omdio publishes.
• No retailer can pay for a review, a rating or a badge. The part of Mervo that shows reviews cannot read any of our commercial data (payments from retailers, price per click, sponsored placements, balances or click revenue): this is enforced in our database, not only promised.
• Each store is rated separately in each country: a Danish buyer's review belongs to the Danish store. Reviews are shown in the language they were written in and are never translated. Whether a store has a badge is decided by Omdio, not by Mervo.
• Wherever Omdio reviews are shown on Mervo, the common ownership is stated right next to them. A store without reviews shows none: never an empty rating.
