What CSS is and what it saves
When you advertise in Google Shopping directly, Google keeps part of your bid as margin; through a comparison shopping service (CSS), the whole bid works for you.
In practice you get the same clicks for about 20 % less.
We are not yet an approved CSS partner in Norway. Google requires at least 50 stores with live offers per country before we can apply.

What we need from you
Your Google Merchant Center account ID, a product feed that meets Google's product data specification, and a store that meets Google's Shopping policies. We check your feed against Google's specification before you start.
The CSS programme is Google's, not ours. Google can change its terms, including the saving.
